The tides brush against the rocks like my heart pounds against my chest
Controlled by God, my surroundings bring tranquility, peace and placidity.
The feeling of purity and serenity overfills my mind like chills,
I stare afar like I'm glancing into a never-ending place.
The tides strong like my love for one.
The waves high like the happiness one brings.
The sun running from moonlight like my heart running from pain.
The clouds merging with the darkness like two souls intertwined.
Deep in that never-ending place... where no one else knows, where no one else goes....
I'm only sunset dreamin'.
